Each free-range chicken wings pack has 4 frozen chicken wings which weigh around of 600 grams, vacuum sealed, to ensure the freshness of the product and facilitate its storage.
We have learned through our experience that when you freeze a chicken unseasoned, it is a bit difficult to make it absorb flavor later, which is why we have opted for using a sublime seasoning of natural ingredients; olive oil, garlic, sea salt. It is just mildly seasoned before being packed and frozen.
This way, your free-range chicken will be tasting great even if just thrown at the grill right away. However, you’re still able to add your favorite seasoning, minding the salt, once you let it unfreeze to your liking.
